Hiring an underpaid, rockstar candidate (now employee) that came to our company and made a life changing income! They were promoted to leadership within two years and are doing amazing! Before this person was promoted, I would get calls from their manager asking for more of them and how amazing they are/were!

Wow… too many to name, however, in the same spirit, I think introducing someone to our ‘strange’ business… when they barely made it in to the location, due to apprehension, and that same nervous candidate finds a whole new world of wonderful people and opportunities…. It is remarkable when people find a home in our company! And 35 years later… they wonder how it ‘went so fast’!!!
