What is an online gas exchange and how does it work?
Carbonatingcylinders create the bubbles. After some time, the carbonating cylinder runsout of gas. We offer an onlineexchange in which you get a full carbonating cylinder in exchange for yourempty one. Check out the guide below to begin!
Once you order your exchange at SodaStream.nl, our Gas Refill program includes 3easy steps to get you back to bubbling.
- Submit your order online and we'll send you full gas cylinders to your home. Your cylinders will arrive in a box with a prepaid shipping label attached. Make sure to remove the label from the box and record the tracking number on the label for your records.
- Place your empty cylinders in the same box in which you received your full cylinders and affix the label to the box.
- Drop the package in a DHL point.
For ordering more than €25 or 2+ exchange cylinders , theshipping is on us! Don’t wait too long to send back your used cylinders.
Sparkle Note: Pleaseremember to return an empty cylinder for each refill cylinder you haveordered to receive back the deposit.

What is the deposit extra charge in my SodaStream exchange order?
With our online exchange, you get a new carbonating cylinderin exchange for your empty one. The €12 deposit fee will be refunded once wereceive your empties.
Sparkle note: If you have not receivedyour refund within 5 working days of us receiving your return, please contactus so we can look into it for you. Make sure to include a copy of your labelreceipt as proof of return.

How can I pay less for shipping on a cylinder exchange?
When ordering cylinders through our online exchange servicewe recommend exchanging 2 or more cylinders, so you can save in shipping fees.If you only have one cylinder to exchange, we suggest checking our storelocator so you can easily exchange your cylinders at the nearest retaillocation.

Where can I find the shipping label to exchange my cylinder(s)?
The box in which you received your refill order has anattached prepaid shipping label. When you're ready to return your cylinders,use the same box from your refill order to send back the empties and drop itoff a DHL point.
Sparkle Note: If you lost the box fromyour original order with full cylinders, you can use any box to return yourempty cylinders in. Have you lost your shipping label or is it no longer valid?Please contact our Sparkle Support Team so they can provide you with a newshipping label.
